As of 1st of January, Estonian importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages – SPI Distribution Estonia – will be operating under a new company name – Amber Distribution Estonia. The new name of the company reflects belonging to the family of Amber Beverage Group, the largest alcoholic beverage company in the Baltics. The company will continue to operate in its current structure and contacts will remain unchanged.
Seymour Ferreira, Chairman of the Board of mother's company Amber Beverage Group: “Rebranding in Estonia is part of our identity change process when the new company name underlines affiliation with the leading wine and strong spirits beverage holding company in the Baltic countries - Amber Beverage Group. We are looking that our market knowledge and experience will support the company’s further development in this very challenging Estonian beverage market”.

The company manager points out that the Estonian alcoholic beverage market is facing the second consecutive 15% excise tax increase as of January 1 that, no doubt, will be challenging and will further increase the competition on the declining market.
