Employees of the global producer and distributor of alcoholic beverages, Amber Beverage Group (ABG), have moved to a new office in one of the tallest building complexes in the Baltics, Z-Towers. The company's new office is located on the 5th floor of the high-rise, offering a great view of the Old Town and the port of Riga.
"When designing the new space, it was important for us to involve our employees in the development of the office concept, with the main priorities being an ergonomic, comfortable and aesthetic work environment, as well as suitable lighting, acoustics and ventilation," says Jekaterina Stuģe, CEO of Amber Beverage Group. “Employees from several departments have already started working in the new office. Returning to work in offices is very uplifting, although we still take special caution in common areas. We believe that working in the new environment will be especially motivating and will bring us continued success in the long run,” comments Jekaterina Stuģe.
The interior of the office has been designed to a high standard, which characterises ABG as a progressive, development-oriented and dynamic company that respects traditions and cares for the environment. The designers were inspired by the nature of the Northern region; the office's colour palette includes elements such as Icelandic moss, oak bark, and Baltic gemstones - amber.
In line with the company's scope of work, the office lobby area can also be adapted to include a bar for corporate or informal events. In addition to comfortable and well thought out workspaces, there are also individual seating areas where employees can sit in acoustic chairs for a phone call, to draft a creative e-mail or think of a new idea. The office has three meeting rooms for larger and smaller teams, as well as several open plan workspaces.

The multifunctional real estate project, Z-Towers, with 90,000 m2 of space for offices, apartments and trade, is the tallest building in Riga with an amazing panoramic view on each of the 30 floors.
