Since the establishment of Amber Beverage Group (ABG) in late 2014, each and every year has been a year of great success. In 2019, ABG delivered outstanding financial results of EUR 272 million of net revenues and hit the EBITDA milestone of EUR 30.2 million showing that its core strategy is working and with the right focus and team, ABG can continue to deliver the #ExtraordinaryEveryday.

“In 2019, ABG’s investments in the asset base were about EUR 5.5 million,” said Jekaterina Stuģe, ABG CFO and COO. “Based on a comparison of the Group’s financial performance in 2019 versus previous years, new businesses acquired in 2019 contributed 3.5% (EUR 8.5 million) to the total net revenue,” said Jekaterina Stuģe.
“At operating profit level, the Group grew organically 10%. The main driver of our operating profit increase was the improvement of our operations, which we integrated and aligned across the Group, operating consistently at the highest standards to deliver flexible and low-cost production and logistics,” she added.
