The rapidly-growing spirits company, Amber Beverage Group (ABG), has appointed Jak Tim Lee to a senior, newly created role in its International Sales Department. He joined the company in January 2023 as Regional Commercial Director for Asia & Pacific.
Vangelis Smyrlis, Chief Global Sales Officer for Amber Beverage Group, said: “Jak is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience working on several global brands. He is a great fit for our international sales team, and I welcome him to our ambitious Group. He is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the Asia and Pacific area as well as being a spirits industry expert.”

Before joining the global ABG team, Jak worked at Proximo Spirits as Regional Manager APAC where he was responsible for brands that included Jose Cuervo,1800 Tequila, Bushmills Irish Whiskey, Kraken Rum, and others. Prior to that, he worked for more than eight years at LVMH managing luxury & lifestyle brands. His previous role was also within the drinks sector; he worked at Carlsberg Group for more than four years.
