Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter also “ABG” and the “Group”) informs that the term of the loan (overdraft) from BluOr Bank AS provided to ABG subsidiary company SIA "AMBER DISTRIBUTION LATVIA" has been extended until 15 November 2024, accordingly collateral agreements entered by Group’s companies have been extended as well.
The total amount of the secured overdraft is 14.9 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Group’s and subsidiary company’s commercial activity, as it is planned to restructure the existing overdraft with the aim of receiving more suitable financing conditions.
