Announcement on changes in management of a subsidiary company

Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. announces the departure of Pāvels Fiļipovs, a Member of the Management Board of the subsidiary company LLC "AMBER DISTRIBUTION LATVIA". His last working day within company will be 13^th of September. Romāns Komars will undertake this role to ensure the smooth transition.
