Announcement on changes in management of a subsidiary company

Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. announces the departure of Intars Geidāns, a Chairman of the Management Board of the subsidiary company AS Amber Latvijas balzams. His last working day within company will be 28^th of June.

The Supervisory Board of AS Amber Latvijas balzams will take action to ensure strong and effective leadership for further development.
