Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. announces that the 2023 audited Annual Report will be published by 27 May 2024, instead of 30 April 2024, as originally planned. The delay is due to technical matters related to the preparation of the Annual Report in the European Single Electronic Format being issued for the first time by the Company and additional audit procedures to be executed as per regulatory requirements.
