Notice on the publication deadline of Amber Beverage Group's 2023 audited annual report

Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. announces that the 2023 audited Annual Report will be published by 17 May 2024, instead of 30 April 2024, as originally planned.

The delay is due to technical matters related to the preparation of the Annual Report in the European Single Electronic Format being issued for the first time by the Company.
