The new coupon rate for Amber Beverage Group’s secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing is as follows:

• AMBRBV FLOAT, ISIN LV0000870137, maturity on 31 March 2027, coupon rate for the period from 31 March 2024 until 29 June 2024 (including) is 11.386%.

The previous coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing was the following:

• AMBRBV FLOAT, ISIN LV0000870137, maturity on 31 March 2027, coupon rate for the period from 31 December 2023 until 30 March 2024 (including) was 11.431%.
