Amber Beverage Group Holding reports on the initiative of a creditor to waive the repayment term of the existing loan 

Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter also - the Group or ABG) announces that the initiative of Credit Suisse AG to waive the repayment term of the existing loan of EUR 21.4 million until 20 December 2024, has been agreed upon, allowing the Group an additional time to execute the refinancing process of the loan facility. The collateral and guarantees that were granted previously by ABG will stay in force for a prolonged period.   

The impact of the initiative on ABG's commercial activity can be assessed positively, as ABG is given additional time to find the most favourable offer for refinance of the loan.
