The Board of Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Group or ABG) informs that the overdraft from AS Luminor banka has been extended till 29 February 2024, accordingly, collateral agreements entered by the Company’s subsidiary companies have been extended as well.
The total amount of the secured overdraft is 22.7 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Company's commercial activity, as the Company is given additional time to finalize the refinance process.
