Information on a significant transaction of a subsidiary company

Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Group or ABG) informs that the subsidiary company, JSC Amber Latvijas balzams, has concluded a transaction with SIA Neatkarīgā patentu aģentūra in regard to the sale of real estate located at Lapeņu Street 3, Riga. The sale price is estimated at 4 million euros by independent real estate appraiser’s SIA Colliers International Advisors property evaluation.

In addition, the Lease agreement has been entered into for a period of two years. The said term is related to the Amber Beverage Group’s project ‘Construction of an automated high-bay warehouse at Uriekstes Street 9, Riga’, as a result of which JSC Amber Latvijas balzams warehouses will be moved to the new warehouse in 2025, and JSC Amber Latvijas balzams will no longer use the real estate for its basic functions.

The decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC Amber Latvijas balzams has been obtained. Transactions are also forecasted to have a positive impact on JSC Amber Latvijas balzams financial results, as it will receive additional income.
