Amber Beverage Group Holding reports on the initiative of a creditor to waive the repayment term of the existing loan

Amber Beverage Group (hereinafter also - the Group or ABG) announces that the initiative of Credit Suisse AG to waive the repayment term of the existing loan of EUR 25.4 million until 29th February 2024, has been agreed upon, allowing the Group an additional time to execute the refinancing process of the loan facility.

The impact of the initiative on ABG's commercial activity can be assessed positively, as ABG is given additional time to find the most favourable offer for refinance of the loan.
