Amber Beverage Group introduces its Supervisory Board

The fast-growing global spirits company, Amber Beverage Group (ABG), has announced the current setup of its Supervisory Board. The team consists of six business professionals representing different industries and areas of knowledge. With their vast experience and expertise, these entrepreneurs will not only strengthen ABG with their creative contributions but will also be a source of valued independent advice and governance.

The Supervisory Board of ABG comprises its Chairman, Board members, Non-executive directors, and a Secretary. The Chairman and the Non-executive director of the ABG Supervisory Board since November 2022 is a professor at University College London, Sir Geoffrey John Mulgan. His team includes:

Simon Charles Rowe, Non-executive director since November 2022. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Monsar Capital.
Douglas Brougham Cunningham, Non-executive director since January 2023. He is an experienced beverage industry professional and the Founder of Indie Brands.
Jekaterina Stuģe, Supervisory Board member since February 2018. She is an experienced global commercial leader with a strong financial background and in-depth knowledge of business processes.
Arturs Evarts, Supervisory Board member and Secretary since February 2018. He is an experienced Board Member with a demonstrable history of working in the beverage industry.

From June 2023, Sabina Fatkullina is joining the ABG Supervisory Board as a Supervisory Board member. She is an experienced and dedicated global HR leader who has successfully managed human resources on a worldwide scale for over two decades, contributing to the continuous growth and success of the company.

The main functions of the Supervisory Board are to oversee and implement the corporate governance framework; to provide strategic direction for the Group’s development; to provide expertise and guidance in relation to the Group’s international functions; to supervise key areas of the Group’s operations, performance, and compliance.
