The team consists of six business professionals representing different industries and areas of knowledge. The main functions of the Supervisory Board are to oversee and implement the corporate governance framework; to provide strategic direction for the Group’s development; to provide expertise and guidance in relation to the Group’s international functions; to supervise key areas of the Group’s operations, performance, and compliance.
